Refund policy
We want you to love your Product. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Solararoam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
